Our breeding program is dedicated to the development of the all-purpose Labrador Retriever which adheres to the AKC breed standard. Our philosophy is that the Labrador is like a square; each dog must possess the elements which make up the square: temperament, soundness, function and beauty. Without any one of these elements the dog would not be America's most popular dog- the Labrador! Our breeding blend combines AKC show champion pedigrees, hunting and obedience titles with fine family pet temperaments to produce an attractive, intelligent friend.

Genetics: Clean, healthy bloodlines reflecting show and hunt pedigrees. CERF eye clearances by a veterinary ophthalmologist yearly, PRA genetic clearance, OFA hip, elbow, cardiac, and patella clearances on sire and dam, as well as most prior generations.

Whelping: Natural birth, strong, healthy pups fully weaned by six weeks and placed at eight weeks.

Nutrition: Upon weaning, premium large breed dry puppy food is fed moistened several times a day.

Environment: Heated, air conditioned, indoor whelping with attached covered outdoor kennel and grass play area. Multiple daily cleanups with daily sanitation.

Training: Socialization, especially with children, beginning crate and housetraining, litter box training, basic social skills with positive reinforcement.

Medical: Preventative care including shots, deworming, and dewclaws removed. Initial vet exam and microchip prior to placement.
